It is a lazy day for NNB. She resigned from the Colorado Mormon Chorale and feels like 300 pounds have been lifted off her....who needs 24 Hr Fitness:):):):):) We enjoyed a wonderful and very laid back Thanksgiving Day. Wish we were in Hawaii....

WHATTADAYWEEKMONTH!!!!!

No pictures this time just useless information. Did you know that NanaBear is going to 24hour fitness three nights a week? Who knew that they would allow little fat bears into their facilities? Way cool. She either rides the bike for 30 to 45 min. or swims or lifts weights. The goal is to become a smaller bear. PapaBear has yet to join in the fun but then he has been busy with his rocket business. For those of you who do not know, PapaBear is a rocket scientist during the day and PapaBear is his night job. Life is good for us.
